• Assist in negotiations with the contractor regarding changes in contract values or schedule as requested by RE.
• Monitor and report on contractor progress on regular basis.

• Assist/ lead the survey teams in initial surveys for rout/ centre line/ corridor marking, existing ground level record, profile/ travellers fixing for perfect earthworks cut/fill levelling. Survey data preparation, calculations in AutoCAD dwgs. and Excel
• Existing services location, exposing, protection.
• Raising inspection request (manual, through networks) and maintaining its record/ log with status.
• Arrangements and direct supervision for all types of services lines sewerage, irrigation, storm water, portable water, road crossing (NDRC) etc... Use GRP, UPVC, HDPE, AC pipes for gravity and force main lines as per dia maintaining gradient/ slope.
• Trenches excavation in all materials of whatever nature encountered in stable and unstable areas and its protection by sheeting, sheet piling etc.
• Assist/ lead the survey teams in initial surveys for rout/ centre line marking, corridor lay out, existing ground level record, profile/ travellers fixing for perfect earthworks levelling, cut/fill and trenches excavation (this duty perform at all above projects)
• Planning of bulk earthworks on contour plan and profile drawings (well experienced to prepare the plan/ dwgs)
• Site supervision specially control and pushing in right direction heavy machinery for professional and economical progress for earthworks levelling to maintain the certain level of corridor (cut to fill and remove to tip method)
• Inspections of the different areas/leases allotted by the department for productions/explorations of different minerals (coal, gypsum, limestone, salt etc..) for royalty control/safety/standard as per department law
• Demarcation/dispute survey for the allotted areas.
• Underground mining survey (compass survey) when required.
• Preparation of demarcation plan, Geological plan including contouring, geological strata etc. on different scales.
• Record update on topographic sheets by manual (coordinates) plotting.
• Verifications of the applied area’s calculations, locations on topographic plan, check for overlapping and specific mineral verifications with relation to geological plan and site visits.
• Manage/arrange the official record for topographic sheet and deal with Survey of Pakistan department Rawalpindi region for new and update revision of topographic plan/sheets.
